Crawford County native Adam Stallard was born in Meadville, raised in Conneaut Lake, and graduated from Linesville High School. He earned his B.S. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and his B.A in English from Penn State University in University Park. Adam went on to graduate cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School in Wilmington, DE. While in law school, Adam served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and he served as a patent examiner’s clerk at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Attorney Stallard earned practice admittances in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney. Shortly after law school, Attorney Stallard independently practiced design patent law before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He went on to form his own energy title company in Conneaut Lake with Jim Bourbeau Land Services, Inc. As a brokered title agent, Adam examined oil, gas & wind title all across Pennsylvania on behalf of the energy industry.
Attorney Stallard consolidated his various practices and founded Stallard Law in his hometown of Linesville. In addition to his private practice, Attorney Stallard serves Crawford County as a court appointed lawyer for juvenile dependency and criminal matters. He currently serves as Secretary of the Crawford County Bar Association and he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Attorney Stallard earned the 2015 Crawford County Pro Bono Award as the county’s top volunteer lawyer.
